The variety of natural landscapes of EUBAM’s area of operations incudes lovely green hills, boundless fields, wide rivers and the Black Sea. In August – September 2018 EUBAM ran the photo competition “Show us your Moldovan and Ukrainian landscapes” to pay tribute to the beauty of two hosting countries.

We have received quite many stunning images illustrating the nature of Republic of Moldova and Ukraine and it was not easy for the jury to select the best ones. Besides three winners for each country, the jury decided to award a Special Prize for the Best Black-and-white Photography.

We hope you will enjoy the winning photos from fantastic photographers: gentle aquarelles of the Black Sea shore, peaceful sunsets, Martian view of a clay pit, mysterious citadel and picturesque places at the green border.
