Запит пропозицій №: UA20-2014-261
Міжнародна організація з міграції (далі МОМ) запрошує Постачальників пального до надання комерційних пропозицій щодо постачання дизельного палива з використанням паливних карток, або смарт карток, або паливних талонів і наявністю наступної мережі АЗС.
Лот №.
1. Наявність АЗС в Одесі – 9000 літр
2. Наявність АЗС в Котовську (Одеська область) – 9000 літр
3. Наявність АЗС у місті Роздільна або Кучурган (Одеська область) – 7000 літр
4. АЗС на автошляхах – 5000 літр:
Одеса – Умань – Київ;
Одеса – Умань – Вінниця – Хмельницький;
Одеса – Умань –Немирів – Могилів-Подільський;
Одеса- Миколаїв- Кривий Ріг – Дніпропетровськ
Вимоги до паливних карток та смарт карток:
Облік повинен вестись в літрах. Термін дії карток – не меньше 6-и місяців.
Вимоги до паливних талонів:
Термін дії талонів – не меньше 6-и місяців.
Комерційна пропозиція повинна містити в собі детальний опис пального, сертифікат якості пального, інформацію щодо наявності відповідної мережі АЗС разом із пакетом тендерних документів (копії установчих документів, свідоцтва про державну реєстрацію, копія довідки про включення до ЄДРПОУ, копія свідоцтва платника ПДВ тощо) повинні бути подані особисто або надіслані поштою у запечатаному конверті до Місії EUBAM за адресою вул. Затишна, 13, Одеса, 65012, Україна (до уваги Сергія Кущака) не пізніше ніж 15:00, 26 грудня 2014 року. Після закінчення терміну прийому, пропозиції не приймаються.
Ще однією ключовою вимогою тендеру є готовність переможця прийняти за головний стандартний контракт МОМ (link) та інтегрувати в нього у вигляді додатку всі специфічні умови та вимоги.
Комерційна пропозиція повинна бути дійсна протягом не менше 30 календарних днів з дати закриття тендеру, що повинно бути зазначено у комерційній пропозиції.
На конверті будь ласка вкажіть назву проекту: EUBAM постачання дизельного палива, тендер UA20-2014-261.
МОМ залишає за собою право приймати або відхиляти будь-які пропозиції, відміняти процес відбору або відхиляти всі пропозиції в будь-який час до підписання Контракту без жодних зобов’язань по відношенню до Постачальників послуг.

The European Union Border Assistance Mission to Moldova and Ukraine (EUBAM) works in the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine to:
– Promote European Union border management standards and procedures for a quicker crossing of people and goods;
-Enhance the professional capacities of the Moldovan and Ukrainian Customs and Border Authorities;
-Assist Moldovan and Ukrainian authorities in combating cross-border crime more efficiently;
-Act as a catalyst and bring together key stakeholders to strengthen cross-border cooperation between the border authorities and law enforcement agencies;
-Contribute to the peaceful settlement of the Transnistrian conflict.

Where we work?
The Mission is headquartered in Odesa, Ukraine and in addition, has two country offices (Chisinau, Moldova and Odesa, Ukraine) and key working locations on the border.
The Moldovan-Ukrainian state border is 1222 km long, of which 955 km is the “green” (land) border, and 267 km is the “blue” (river) border.
There are 67 official crossing points on the Moldovan-Ukrainian border, including international, interstate and local ones, 25 of which are located on the central (Transnistrian) segment.
The length of the Administrative Line between the two banks of the Nistru/Dniester is 411 km. There are 9 customs posts along the Line, where representatives of the Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova conduct customs control with the support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs representatives. There are also 6 subdivisions of the Bureau for Migration and Refugees, where foreigners can voluntarily register or deregister.
